Man, Time and planning our future

Along the process of the evolution, beginning by the minerals, passing by the vegetation, and arriving to the animals, there is a continuous and gradual conquest of the knowledge about the space and its three dimensions. We could say that the fundamental task of the evolution is to push the consciousness through the different dimensional planes of the Universe.

Man shares with the minerals his physical body, which is dense and heavy, with the vegetation he shares the necessary structures to manage the vital processes, and with the animals the capability to feel, to have passions and various types of emotions. Besides, man has developed a certain knowledge about the fourth dimension: time. Man knows how to transfers its consciousness along time, and that is the reason why he shows a special concern about calendars, watches, agendas, etc. Thus man remembers his past, lives his present (although not always) and plans his future.

The capability of planning the future depends on our imagination (which is not the same as the fantasy, passive psychological state of which we do not have control and that distracts us from our objectives) The Imagination consists of clearly and distinctly visualizing our target: the imaginations is the bridge towards the future. And it is well known that the imagination is closely related to creativity.

For this reason it is very important for man to know how to use this capability following a correct order: beginning from top to down. if the highest plane of man is his mind, and then it follows the emotions, and then his vital and physical structures, this should point out the correct order: first to think, projecting in our mind a clear idea of our plan, then we need to place in motion our wish to make it real. In fact many things never arrive to happy end because we do not really wish them enough. We need to support our actions with strong and vigorous sentiments (calm and steady feelings) and not with uncontrolled emotions (impulsive and explosive). Finally we have to achieve our project on the vital and physical plane.

Otherwise, if we do not follow this sequence, we will be dragged by our sick fantasy, led by crazy impulses we will waste our time and energy and, most of all, we will throw our plans into the sea of the lost dreams. This is the way for the correct way to achieve our ideals: think, wish and do it.
